Mid/Senior Architects

You will be part of the team completing stage three and four on a large refurbishment and extension of a commercial office building, in the City of London. As the project develops you will take responsibility for several packages on the project and input into design reviews for other parts of the building.

We are looking for two good all rounders with strong technical experience, good design and presentation skills, fully proficient in Revit2D/3D. Experienced in working on large scale office re-developments/new build projects, developing integrated and co-ordinated work packages.

Initial 1 year contract, roles are studio based for some of the time.

Architect 1: Key Role: Lead Development of Core Packages

• 5-10 years’ experience in large scale commercial office projects.
• Demonstratable experience in developing stage 3 & 4 detailed packages.
• Keen to assist and be a team player and be able to take responsibility for their work packages and support the wider team generally.
• Able to assimilate into an existing team and lead through their experience and knowledge.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of core package development and willing to assist the interior designers in their work.

Architect 2: Key Role: Team Member within the Facades & Envelope Team

• 5-10 years’ experience in large scale commercial office projects working on facades and envelope packages.
• Demonstratable experience in developing stage 3 & 4 detailed packages.
• Keen to assist and be a team player and be able to take responsibility for their work packages and assist the wider team when necessary.
• Able to assimilate into an existing team and lead through their experience and knowledge.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge of façade development, regulations and a good understanding of WLCC, sustainability and current construction methodologies, particularly in unitized façade systems.
