Railpen HQ, London – Project of the Year – Workplace Interiors – 15-35k sq ft
This new London office is a story of collaboration, clarity and purpose. Acting as the client’s design guardian and working to an incredibly fast programme, we established clear design principles inspired by the railway, its materials, movement and connection to the outside world. Raw steel, glass and layered textures sit alongside generous planting and natural light, creating a space that feels both grounded and alive.
The project’s success was built on collaboration between an engaged client team, a dedicated group of consultants and QBRE as the design and build contractor. It stands as a testament to what great teamwork, and a healthy dose of stubbornness not to compromise on design quality, can achieve.
The result is a workplace that connects people and performance, built on trust, hospitality and quiet confidence.
