We are absolutely thrilled to have picked up two WIN Awards at WIN/WAN Live 2019 last week.
The WIN Awards (powered by World Interiors News) have been shining a spotlight on the very best architecture and interior design from across the globe for more than 10 years and the 2019 edition was no exception.
MCM beat the UK competition to win the silver award for Practice of the Year. This award is open to any interior design practice from across the world that demonstrates its devotion to raising the bar for interior design, in terms of creative quality, materials innovation and social appropriateness. At MCM it is not just about creating a space that looks great, it’s about creating spaces that really work for the people that use them.
This ethos is evident in the space we created for ITV which also picked up a Bronze award in the Corporate Offices over 5000sqm category. The MCM team was engaged to develop the interiors for ITV’s new Campus to reflect their vision and brand across three new spaces across London totalling over 170,000 sq ft. The challenge was to create a new ‘more grown up’ brand that reflected the company’s desired image of being not just a television company but a global entertainment company.
