Relocating from two separate locations to a new, next generation workplace.
MCM worked closely with the clients internal workplace team to develop a scheme worthy of their new headquarters building, off the Champs Elisee. The brief, to deliver a HQ building that epitomizes the “workplace of the future”. Creating a vibrant office space that provides flexibility and choice, exemplar social and wellbeing spaces, high quality client facing facilities and delivers on their sustainability criteria.
MCM established the initial requirements and look and feel, engaging local ambassadors from various business units. This developed into a design that has a strong identity, with nods to Parisian style, whilst also representing the client as a high-quality, professional brand.
A focus on the client journey, placed a coffee bar on the ground floor just off the main reception and a client meeting and dining suite on the seventh floor to take advantage of the views overlooking Paris, with a roof terrace providing premium outdoor space for clients and staff.
The staff floors deliver on the need for confidentiality between business units and stringent technology requirements, whilst maintaining an open, collaborative feel.
