By aligning workspace design with organisational values, it sought to attract and retain top talent while equipping employees with the tools, spaces, and experiences needed to perform at their best.
The scheme integrates contemporary and timeless elements, drawing on their storied past while embracing the future.
Sustainable materials and a carefully selected palette were chosen to form a cohesive aesthetic to reflect their new identity.
Spaces have been thoughtfully designed to balance tradition and innovation, with the arrival reception and client lounge showcasing a specialist interactive display that celebrates the organisation’s heritage.
Sustainability was central to the project, with a standout feature being the procurement of open plan sit-stand desks exclusively from the reuse market.
