Aldgate House

A City Fringes refurbishment on the cross roads of creative and corporate London

The vision for Aldgate House was to create a new image and facilities that would appeal to both creative and corporate occupiers. The multi-phased refurbishment of the partly occupied 250,000 sq ft office building transformed its market image and significantly increased rental yields.

MCM work included a re-engagement of the building at street level to help reactivate the high street, a new entrance and reception, as well as a series of CAT A floor space that set a new benchmark for creative space. A new dedicated cycle centre facility helped to provide a new amenity to the whole building.
