A new sustainable office building with a flexible design for the future

The new, sustainable office building for Rolex is located on a Greenfield site, adjacent to a business park in Kent. The building accommodates all manufacturing, servicing and distribution facilities.

The building design allows Rolex to occupy and expand on the site over 50 years, so a high priority has been given to sustainable design and the energy performance of the building, with the capital cost of innovative energy performance solutions considered against design life.
