WSP’s refurbishment of 70 Chancery Lane provides a highly collaborative workspace and a significant shift in their way of working.
WSP have fully refurbished their 70 Chancery Lane HQ. The building has been stripped back and a new Cat A and Cat B refurbishment completed, including new plant to the roof.
The refurbishment signifies a new beginning for WSP at Chancery Lane, it provides them with a highly collaborative new workspace, one where
they will be proud to bring their clients and peers.
There has been a significant shift in WSP’s ways of working, moving from heavy desk usage, to more collaborative and task based work settings. The new HQ offers a rich variety of spaces to provide choice and flexibility. Project space, focus booths and lounge settings enable staff to choose the most effective space for the task at hand.
The client facing areas are designed to showcase WSP’s work and provide space to host meetings, events, seminars and informal catch-ups as well as offering drop-in work space and great coffee.
The fit-out works also include refurbishment of basement showers and IT facilities, newly refurbished WCs throughout the building and refreshed common parts.
